Orders can be automatically approved and processed, or if further control is required, they can be placed but not processed until each has been approved by an authorised user. Sophisticated bar code technology ensures accuracy and speed.

You can chose to have email notifications delivered to individuals or groups of users. Reports such as: stock outs, low stock, goods in, etc can be delivered as events occur or can be scheduled daily, weekly or monthly to meet your own business requirements.

Time Sensitive Deliveries

In addition to our standard planned delivery schedules, we can provide time critical deliveries, both domestically and internationally, for when you need it there tomorrow.

Back Order Notification

Any order that cannot be fulfilled as a result of insufficient stock can be held in suspense, pending the arrival of new stock and the user will be immediately notified by e-mail.

Online Reports

Management and user reports can be controlled and made available to specific users or groups of users and range from simple usage reports to sophisticated analyses of stock trends, values etc.

In short, we can report on any aspect of stock and all reports are provided in real time, using live data, in a variety of formats including PDF and spreadsheet.
